Jan and I like to go out for dinner on Saturday nights. We try to choose places that offer some kind of experience. Usually, for us, that means fine dining. Sometimes it simply means adventures in eating. But after a couple of years of trying Austin's best, most famous or simply most pretentious restaurants, we have a few things to say about them, and we'll share our impressions here.
